SOCCER!!! GAME TIME!!! KA's team the Tigers!

Kerri Ann's team are the Tigers! There are 3 boys and 3 girls on her team! They are all just learning, but are pretty good at the same time! I think that both girls are enjoying soccer this year! I have a group picture of KA's team, but not Em's, she went to get ready for her game before KA's team was finished.

SOCCER!!!! GAME TIME!! Emily's the Bucks

Emily's Team is called the Bucks! They play the whole field. They played a pretty good game. When we first started watching Em play this is what she was doing....


Just standing around. She was on the defense and
the ball wasn't coming that way, but she didn't
act as if she was actually going to move from that spot.
But once her coach started encouraging her to go after the ball,
she stepped up and did a good job.

GOALIE!! Mommy was worried about her playing
in this position! But I shouldn't have been! She
stepped up and stopped the other team from getting
a goal! This picture was after that play! WAY TO GO
EM!!!

running and stopping the almost goals!

No score is kept in Upward. But the teams did tie!!

SOCCER!!! Practice 2

In this set, I have even fewer of Emily (see Post below this one) :-( Kerri Ann's team had a scrimmage game and we went to another field. Watching the 6 and 7 year olds was a lot of fun! The girls would clump together! But they did a good job overall!

she did really good in this position! She stopped the ball several

SOCCER!!!! Practice 1

This year the Payne girls started Upward Soccer!! I was going to do these in one post, but I have too many pictures to show :-) I don't have as many of Em practicing, because I am usually sitting with KA's team because I know the parents. But Em practices just a little ways away so I do have a few pictures of her!!
